that's my mom can I get back to regular Springs and I feel like I should get like a lot more attention and my needs will be met his students one of the Play Store Cheney High School Eric me where I was from the school they were adding on the building seems a lot bigger by the time I was going the idea project and it turned out to be pretty cool I like how laid-back it is here at school is an incredible place for all of our students to learn how to replace learning different way of learning we are still meeting and bring our students through the same learning standards that they would get in a traditional school but instead the traditional model we allow students to work together to learn in a way that is more Hands-On real-world prices for me as the educator in the room but I've Loved about my face burning is that it's real practical applications of the skills that you're learning in different academic contact and you're actually engaging in the work that you know Professionals in different field and Industry would you out in the real world at TMS we would always be getting paid for hers and always be getting a massage where is Peppers playing you do one bigger sign it so instead of like feeling like you have all these things Kylie it's Beast the pizza's here whenever you need help. Always be there they're all funny that all about making jokes and because it's just so compact you can ask anyone to know how people think teachers here are super nice super humble they do their jobs great I just in general love it here so I would say at least in my experience the biggest key difference for me as an educator is how often I have the freedom I always try to tell my kids I'm looking for ways to say yes to your perspective say yes to your ideas to say yes to your way of demonstrating what you know and what you can do so I love finding ways to say yes and I appreciate that structure of an alternative learning school gives me the freedom to give students the freedom they deserve students are known and they have an opportunity to all of our students are in club which I think is unique to our school if they something that we don't offer but they're still interested in participating in like drama or band or a sport for example they can still do those things at Cheney high school and so I love that we partner as a kid to provide just a different learning option or a different way of learning with all the benefits of the bigger District he's like my lowest grade was I have drastically because originally I never even thought I was going to graduate and this is really just taking my life and just coming possibilities
